PRIVACY POLICY

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Booking data

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the connection owner's IP data as part of cookies, as well as the buyer's name, email address and, if applicable, credit card number.

In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: flight details, telephone number, pickup and destination address, information on the number of people to be transported or special requests (skis, child seats, luggage, etc.). The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the processing bank institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to our employees to carry out the transfer and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After the booking process is canceled, the data we have stored will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Our site uses the provider YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to integrate videos. Normally, when you visit a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have integrated our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google's Double Klick service, but according to Google's data protection declaration, personal data is not evaluated). This means that YouTube no longer stores information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address will be transmitted to YouTube and YouTube will find out that you have viewed the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information will also be assigned to your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video).

We have no knowledge of and no influence on the possible collection and use of your data by YouTube.
