Book your taxi ride on our website using our online booking system in just a few steps. You are also welcome to book by phone or email.

Do I need a credit card to make my booking?

You don't need a credit card to make your booking. You can also simply pay for the transfer in cash to your chauffeur.

What if my destination is not on the list?

If you cannot find your destination in our booking system, please send us an inquiry with your desired destination and pickup location.

Do all bookings have to be made in advance?

We advise you to make your booking in advance. As soon as we receive your booking, your vehicle will be waiting for you, and we guarantee availability. We only accept a last-minute booking if a vehicle is available.

How do I find the driver of the transfer vehicle?

The chauffeur will pick you up at your desired destination. When your transfer from the airport starts, the chauffeur will be waiting for you at the check-out exit with a sign with your name on it

How do I find the driver of the transfer vehicle?

The transfer times are standard travel times on a normal day. These times may be slightly altered during the high season when there is more traffic, but travel times can also be affected by roadworks on the roads. You will be notified if there is an anticipated delay.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

The chauffeur is informed of your flight details at all times, and he will be waiting for you when you land.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

After booking, you will receive a message that your booking is in process and when it is completed, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. Processing can take up to a maximum of 12 hours (an average of two hours). The booking is only valid once you have received the confirmation by email.

Do I have to pay extra if I have a lot of luggage?

We do not charge extra for passengers' luggage, and the chauffeur will help you get your luggage into the car.
